To meet certain protocols to keep our Cyber-Insurance policy active from our Insurer please have your Parish implement the below items. Please help us keep our Cyber-Insurance up to the standards so we can keep each location covered.

Key cyber security requirements:

• Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) for access
• Endpoint detection and response (ie. Antivirus)
• Plan for old software, PCs, and server to decommission
• Update Patching process
• Backups and restore (encrypted backups)
• Security awareness training
• Separate and secure sensitive data (donation information, personal information)
• Logging and monitoring in applications

Recommended Hardware

• At least Windows 10 operating system (SPECS)
• Firewall
