All reports are made by telephone, except Student and Volunteer Accidents - see forms below.

In the event of a loss, you should immediately:

• Call Gallagher Bassett Services: 1-877-509-3503
• Do everything possible to mitigate the damages; Gallagher Bassett can provide assistance with this.
• If someone else is responsible for the damage (such as damages from a motor vehicle), obtain all information on that person (name, address, name of insurance company).
• In the event of damage from a vehicle or vandalism, contact the police.
• Make photographs of the damages.
