Internet and Phones

 We are pleased to announce that the Diocese of Paterson is making a new service available to our locations. The service called the Enhanced Diocese Communications (EDC) will offer our parishes an upgrade of your Telephone services and a free assessment of your Internet access for cost savings and performance improvements.

EDC is being made possible by the Diocese Technology Department via a partnership with one of the leaders in the premier telecom providers space in the United States.  As part of the service our members will have access to an expanding Directory for all diocese wide associates, as well as the ability to directly dial member churches/schools/facilities via a four-digit extension.

As more parishes join the service, we will continue to expand the directory.  

The goals here are simple:

• Reduce the overall cost of providing these services to our members.
• Provide a searchable directory for all associates, both full time and volunteers.
• Improve the technology with the latest telephony products and services.
• Provide members with the opportunity to improve internet speeds and the type of access of the Internet service while potentially reducing these costs as well.

Kindly complete the attached form and attach a copy of your latest invoices for Telephone and/or Internet services (Optimum, Verizon, Comcast, Etc.)
