Using this tool we can easily send out important information such as Fish and Chips Dinners or Mass Cancelations due to dangerous weather conditions. Consistent and continuous use of this tool has been proven to not only keep parishioners interested within the parish but also helps grow the Catholic faith as a whole.
Forms are a perfect way for your parishioners to sign up to be a part of your parish's community. This can include Youth Ministries, Newsletters, Bulletins, and much more! Not only will each form give the ability for a parishioner to show interest and sign up but they can also use the same forms to update their information if they move or change their phone number or last name.
Contacts and Listsserve important roles each within the HubSpot platform. When you think of storing data about an individual parishioner you should think about the contact record.
Contact records(known as members in Flocknote) are nothing more than a digital form filled with data about the individual. They hold things like a person's name, email, phone number, address etc.
Lists(known as groups in Flocknote) work in two different ways in HubSpot (Static and Active). Static lists are for groups of people that need to be clumped together for one reason such as ushers or people interested in going on a retreat next July. Static lists will not update on their own, so you will have to set something up or manually input people into them from time to time. Active lists are for things that can be found using a filter such as people whose name starts with a J or people who have emails. Active lists will update automatically and should present you with the most up to date version of the data.
Family Records are a great way of keeping your parishioners data consise and easy to manage. They can easily keep family members together and help you organize your data into one simple and easy to use location for all your parishes needs. Some of these exmaples include envelope numbers, keeping track of which families are actively participating within the parish and organizing families who have moved out of your parish. Sacramental Records can sometimes be a huge hassle to find and confirm. Using this object can easily cut down your research time from 1 or more hours to a simple 30 second search all while ensuring that the data is backed up in case of a disasters such as fires and floods.
Religious Education is one of the most important and vital ways for a Parish to not only teach the word of God but also to instill important life lessons on following Jesus and his teachings. That being said it is sometimes quite cumbersome and very difficult to keep track of information and student attendance. This object works to make the process of attendence tracking and payments simple for the teacher to help them focus on the quality of the lessons.
