The Facilities Office is available to assist your parish, school or institution during any and all of your facilities related projects or initiatives.

Facilities Office Services:

• Provide guidance and consultation via a Request for Assistance (RFA)
• Meet with your committee
• Provide templates for your use
  • Request for Proposal (RFA)
  • Contract approved for use by the Diocesan Attorney
  • Partial and Final Payment Affidavits
• Share names of contractors, architects and engineers
