About Our Dental Coverage...

The Diocese offers 3 dental plans: DMO, PPO, and Buy-Up. Each plan has different level of coverage. These plan are provided by Delta Dental. Below, you will find general information on the plans and the benefit breakdown.
- DMO Plan General Information: This plan offers In-network only benefits. You must select a DMO Dentist, and you are only allowed to receive care from this dentist. This plan follows a fee schedule, and you will know the exact cost any procedure.
- PPO Plan General Information: This plan offers In and Out-of-Network benefits. You have the ability receive care from any dentist that participates within the Delta Dental Network. Please note, an Out-of-Network provider has the ability to balance bill. This plan offers a benefit maximum of $2,000
- Buy-Up Plan General Information: This plan offers richer coverage than the PPO plan. The same guidelines apply.
Special Note: When using a PPO Plan, Please be sure to a PPO Provider. This will give you cost savings.
