Deductibles

- Liability:
  
  There are no deductibles for General Liability claims.
  
  Automobile:
  
  There are no deductibles for Automobile Glass claims.
  
  There is a $1,000 Automobile collision deductible per accident.
  
  There is a $500 Automobile collision deductible per accident for priests.
  
  There is no deductible for Automobile property damage to a third party.
  
  Property:
  
  There is a $5,000 deductible on each property loss.
  
  There is a $25,000 deductible on each theft loss.
  
  Coverage is limited to $20,000 for priest personal property.
  
  There is a $1,000 deductible on the first priest personal effects loss.
  
  All subsequent claims: $5,000 deductible.
  
  Employment; Errors and Omissions:
  
  There is a $25,000 deductible on each E&O and EPL claim when diocesan procedures and legal instructions are followed.
  
  There is a $250,000 deductible on each E&O and EPL claim when diocesan procedures and legal instructions are not followed.
