The Office of Clergy Personnel advises the bishop and priests on matters pertaining to parochial and non-parochial assignments. The office is responsible for assessing the needs of parishes and other areas of ministry with regard to priest personnel. The Office is located in the John Paul II Center, 775 Valley Road, Clifton, NJ 07013.
